Nicole teaches Mental Health in the BN, PN, and Continuing Nursing Studies Programs at the Centre. She also assists with the Centre for Nursing Studies' ongoing international projects. She has previous experience in facilitating the Post Basic Medication Administration Course for LPN's. Nicole's past clinical experiences have been in acute care mental health. Her research has included mental health, women's health and socioeconomic determinants of health. Nicole is currently a student in the PhD (Nursing) program at the University of Alberta with a focus in Relational Ethics in Mental Health Nursing, and has been awarded a CIHR Stategic training Fellowship through the EQUIPP Program at the International Institiute of Qualitative Methodology, University of Alberta.backAcademic and Professional Qualifications
