Bachelor of Nursing (Post RN) Nurse Practitioner Primary Health Care Option

November 2010

UPDATE ON BACHELOR OF NURSING (POST RN) NURSE PRACTITIONER

PRIMARY HEALTH CARE OPTION (BNNP)

Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN) School of Nursing (SON) in collaboration with the Centre for Nursing Studies has received Senate and ARNNL approval to offer a new Bachelor of Nursing (Post RN) with a Nurse Practitioner Primary Health Care Option.

The Bachelor of Nursing (Post RN) NP Option will no longer be accepting applications for admission as this program was a time limited transitional option.  In 2010 MUNSON plans to transition Nurse Practitioner Primary Health Care education to the Master’s level. 2013 will see the last BNNP class graduates
